" Some items to make sure Carpeturn notes on work orders. (NO CAULKING around quarter round) there is no need for this and has been requested several times in the past. This just turns in to extra work and expense for a property during the life of the vinyl. Causing maintenance team members to have to clean and re-caulk. This is a waste of time and money on something that isn't a functioning part of the floor. Washer and dryer were not set back in laundry room. I will note workmanship was good less the caulking. "

During load out that morning, Ricardo was instructed not to caulk the bottom of the quarter round. He apologized for making this mistake and offered to return to fix this issue however you had a move in for the following day. He also indicated that during past jobs when the washer/dryer was already out of the laundry area, he was told not to replace them. " Cleanup after carpet install was improvement from last time. The quality of work is always great and they did vacuum this time but still left some carpet fluff around the edges. "

" I have used Carpeturn for years. I have devoted all my business, referred business, let other companies go. This was the first time I have been unsatisfied with them. The installer dropped off our product on Friday. When he did I walked him to the space and was explaining where the fitness equipment could be moved as we had set up for the installers to take care of this for us. He was completely rude when I mentioned this. I was so uncomfortable that I immediately called Ally. As always she was great and confirmed they would move equipment as planned. We were so grateful due to my staff being behind and short staffed. On Tuesday installer shows up and tells us he was not able to move equipment alone. My staff had to stop their work and help. We agreed to pay for this service and I explained to this very rude installer what we needed the week prior. My maintenance supervisor had asked him to get a hold of him as we were going to change where the equipment was located when work was complete. Well guess what? He did not. I'm assuming he was mad about that too??? I am in the business of customer service. And leasing staff maintenance staff...ALL staff is to be professional with all clients at all times. Ally has. Called and visited apologizing for all of this and we have not heard one apology from this rude installer. One rude person can lose someone's business. If it wasn't for Ally and Stef you would have lost mine and I would spread the word to all my Greystar family. This guy didn't even say thank you after my team helped. Very disappointed and hoping I never gave to deal with this installer again. "

The only issue with this full install was the bent metal silver pin at the vinyl transition. We had to call Carpeturn back out and request it be replaced.

" The carpet that was installed looks great. I really like Eduardo, who showed up on schedule and completed the work in a very timely manner. However, on my walk through after the he had left, I noticed a rather large spot on a wall under the air handler that turned out to be adhesive. It was easy enough to get cleaned up, but if I had been unable to do a walk through before a new resident moved in, it would have made my maintenance team look bad. The only thing I ask is that a little more attention to detail is paid to ensure this doesn't happen again. "

" Product looked wonderful installed. My concern was that in the master bathroom when the toilet was replaced back, the installer left the toilet unsecured to the floor. Rather then notifying myself or staff the toilet was caulked in floating out the 1/2" between the floor and the toilet without shims which allowed the resident to experience unsanitary water flooding their bathroom in the middle of the night when it was used for the first time after moving in when the toilet rocked back and forth. My only request is to be notified by Sergio of the issue so we can address it and correct the situation immediately before the new tenant moves in rather then being blindsided with it. "
