" Nails sticking up at doorway corner. Waiting for Dante to look at this, resident stepped on one. Our maintenance person went and nailed them but resident states some are still raised. "
Thank you for alerting us Ollie! Dante returned and reported several issues beyond the tack nails sticking up at the kitchen & dining room. Namely, carpet seams were visible in several areas and the entry reducer was cut incorrectly. Margarito returned to fix the issues that were found on this installation.
