Hi again Scott. As we mentioned, Victor was surprised by the low star rating but did mention that during the install the toilet flange was loose and needed to be replaced. He stated that some flanges sit higher than others at this property. He made customer care and the property aware. Please let us know if there was another issue with this job that we need to address.
