I say I know Arbor does a great job on the floor install and the finishing touches. Whether for sale or rent, vinyl always looks good. If there are imperfections in the concrete, they call for more hours and they fix it. Until today, this unit is for sale and it needs to look good. Well you know the frosting on a hostess cupcake, how it is drizzled in that curly-q fashion, all over the place with no apparent rhyme or reason, well that is what the caulk around all the toilets looks like, I wish I could upload a photo in here, it is ridiculous.
