It seems the floors were being walked on soon after the repairs, making it difficult for the glue to set. After rescheduling around the resident's holiday schedule, Robert returned on 12/09 and corrected these issues to the resident's satisfaction. Thank you again Bud for your valued feedback!
Thank you for this important feedback Everett! We reminded Robert to always check his work before completion so that you do not have to remind him to go back to fill missed nail holes. Also, after removing the old baseboards to install the new ones, new baseboards did not cover the vinyl edging because the new baseboards were a tighter fit to the wall and exposed the cut vinyl. For a better finish on future baseboard installations, it is our recommendation to replace baseboards and then install new vinyl for a nice clean finish.
