We spoke with Eduardo who indicated the window blinds were already on the patio when he arrived and that the cleaner was also in the unit at that time and noticed them as well. We reminded him to always take pictures of anything that looks out of the ordinary in units before beginning his work for documentation purposes and so that we can let you know of the situation.
