" I found it odd that Efrain asked the resident to ask the leasing office if we had a tack strip to provide. I did let the resident know that our maintenance team/leasing office doesn't provide flooring supplies to the installers and he would need to obtain one on his own. We do not carry tack strips in the shop. "
