" The carpet that was installed looks great. I really like Eduardo, who showed up on schedule and completed the work in a very timely manner. However, on my walk through after the he had left, I noticed a rather large spot on a wall under the air handler that turned out to be adhesive. It was easy enough to get cleaned up, but if I had been unable to do a walk through before a new resident moved in, it would have made my maintenance team look bad. The only thing I ask is that a little more attention to detail is paid to ensure this doesn't happen again. "

We spoke to him and reviewed our policy that attention to detail on clean up is nearly as important as the quality of the install itself.
