" Does a great job at Estancia "

" Carpet was installed amazing but he left the guest bedroom closet doors out and never asked for assistance to place them back. Last time he did do this in a previous unit but he asked one of our guys for assistance to place them back where they belong after detaching them, but he did not do it for this unit. This unit is scheduled to move in today and we had to send our guy back in last minute to fix this when it could've been addressed the day of install. AC was also left on, the light is connected under the tenants name so the tenant will be billed the AC usage that Jose has left the AC on for. If in the future installers could be advised to please leave unit as it was before they came in and to please turn AC off once they have completed their work we would truly appreciate it. Other than the two issues stated, Jose did a great job with the carpet. It look clean, well vacuumed and not a single but of damage on the walls. He didn't even leave any specs of carpet laying throughout the apartment. Really great job. "
