" Carpet looks new but when I walked it I had to double walk the Unit as the Carpet didn't look uniform. At first glance it looks as if it wasn't vacuumed at all and was walked all over but I can tell it was changed due to the color difference from the previous carpet. Unit was left in great condition after service but carpet could've been left looking a bit more uniform. "

Timing" Installer did a Good Job on Install. but MANAGEMENT DID HORRIBLE- Job was Previusly discussed withg Sales Rep, that was Urgent and Netty Agreed and assure job was going to be completed by Noon 12pm. Technician arrived at 11:30 and was told to go do other jobs forst and leave this one for Last. Unacceptable from Netty, Unreliable even when Promised and Assuring, lossing trust on you Real Floors! "
