" They are still on the property. The flooring job was scheduled for Friday morning. They didn't show up until almost noon. Said they would come back Saturday, they did not. Tried to show up Sunday. No staff on-site, no prior agreement to work on Sunday. Showed up today and are delaying other work. "

" Vertical blinds were left dented at the bottom on each slot and one vertical blind was found out of place outside of the front door. Carpet came out great, but if next time more care is taken in the unit as it comes out of company's pocket to have to replace the entire vertical blinds so they look uniform and undamaged. "
