" Contractor did report to office upon arrival & completing service. However contractor performance was sub standard. Issues were informed to Real Floor team but to sum it up: taking up residents designated parking spaces all day. Leaving materials sticking out into driving area through the day. Contractor's attitude was negative, wanting to provide recommendations when the cove was not attached properly. Did services that were not authorized and these services had charges that even disputed were not removed. "
