Thank you for sharing your important feedback Amy! Jose informed us that the belt on his vacuum broke yesterday and he was unable to complete his normal vacuuming. We reiterated to him to always make us aware of jobsite issues so we can keep you updated. He replaced the belt and will also keep spares on his truck in the future.
