Jose informed us that the belt on his vacuum broke yesterday and he was unable to complete his normal vacuuming as a result. We reiterated to him to always make us aware of issues on the jobsite so we can keep you updated. He replaced the belt and will also keep spares on his truck in the future. We sincerely apologize for negatively impacting your turn.
