" The carpet that was installed looks great. I really like Eduardo, who showed up on schedule and completed the work in a very timely manner. However, on my walk through after the he had left, I noticed a rather large spot on a wall under the air handler that turned out to be adhesive. It was easy enough to get cleaned up, but if I had been unable to do a walk through before a new resident moved in, it would have made my maintenance team look bad. The only thing I ask is that a little more attention to detail is paid to ensure this doesn't happen again. "
Thank you for taking the time to let us know Eduardo's clean up was not acceptable. We spoke to him and reviewed our policy that attention to detail on clean up is nearly as important as the quality of the install itself.
