To re-enable text messages you can text START in response to an unsubscribe text or call our Customer Care Team at (855) 889-6200.

The entity or person (you) who is receiving SMS & MMS text messages assumes the financial responsibilities of the mobile phone account through which text messaging is being accessed. Real Floors is not responsible for entities or individuals claiming that they did not authorize the use of their mobile phone for text messaging notifications. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to the text messages we send to you and the text messages you send to us. Real Floors does not charge you for receiving or sending text messages through the Service. Real Floors has no responsibility or liability in respect of any messaging fees, data charges or other fees charged by your mobile carrier for your use of the Service or for any other loss or damage which may be caused by your use of the Service.
