After growing up in the industry, Adam officially joined the Real Floors family in 2006 as the Director of Business Development and promptly began learning the ins and outs of the business. In 2008, Adam earned an MBA from Emory's Goizueta School of Business and became the company's Executive Vice President with the charge of growing the organization's footprint beyond Atlanta. Thanks to successful openings in Charlotte, Greenville and Orlando, Adam took on the roles of President in 2014 and CEO in 2017. A firm believer in the power of Core Values and treating people fairly, Adam is laser-focused on achieving the company's vision of becoming the most trusted and relied-upon flooring provider in the country.
