" They were supposed to complete 3033, 1015 and 3052N the same day and they only completed 3052N. They had to return the next day to finish both 3033 and 1015. I had to reschedule my clean for that Saturday. "
What went wrong? Timing
Thank you very much for your important feedback David. Unfortunately, Roberto's helpers were not able to work with him that day. He did not let us know of this issue fearing we would penalize him by not giving him as much future work. He was advised to always communicate with us anytime there is an issue completing a job as properties have deadlines to meet. Additional help could have been sent to assist him complete these units. We sincerely apologize for negatively impacting these turns.
