Thank you for sharing this important alert Georgana. We sincerely apologize for this significant lack of performance. After investigation, we learned Richie's helpers did not work on Saturday and left him short handed. He also did not follow his instruction to go to Midtown on Main as his first job on Saturday. We completed the installation on Sunday and provided the resident a gift card for the severe inconvenience we caused. Thank you again for submitting this important feedback.
