" Did not put new wax rings when replacing toilets, caused a leak! Put flooring under water heater on ONE side, caused a leak! Didn't lay plank all the way to cabinets in kitchen, used wood filler to fill hole! Carpeted over track for closets, causing door problems and loose carpet! "
