Hi Yolanda and thank you very much for your valued feedback! Unfortunately, our installation manager determined the subfloor repair that was required was beyond our flooring license and needed to be completed by a general contractor with license to change the building structure. Since the tiles were special order, a will call charge was required as well as the trip charge since we attempted the installation before knowing of the damaged subfloor below the flooring surface.
