I started in the multifamily industry as a lowly pool monitor and gradually worked my way up through the service side ranks before jumping to the office as a leasing consultant. I then worked my way up through the ranks again and at one point was managing a community as a community manager and service manager. After that, I was a service manager at a 1023-unit community before converting back to being a community manager. I have held every role at the on-site level and pride myself in being able to relate to our on-site brethren as we work on making their lives just a bit easier.
