I guess you would say I am a veteran of the multi-family industry since 1992 and have built a diverse career spanning roles in leasing, property management, HR and marketing. Merry Land and Investment was my first opportunity then onto Equity Residential lastly Cornerstone Residential until in 2011 I transitioned to the vendor side with The Apartment Guide for several years growing into a multi branch Manager. I also worked with Callsource, then Valet Living until finally finding my forever home at Real Floors in 2016.
Throughout the years I have served on the Board of Directors in Charlotte for 3 terms as well as heading several committees with the GCAA. In 2023 I was honored to win the LEX MARSH award, which is considered a lifetime achievement award and the highest honor for the GCAA. Most importantly I am mother to Stephanie Patton (Brian) and Megan Thomson (David), wife of Michael Robelotto and BEST of ALL - nana to Olivia (4), Katherine (2), Elliott (3 months) and Broady (10).
