" Unit was left messy, specs of carpet were found in kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace. Technician did not vacuum or rake the carpet after install. Carpet does not look it's best for move in. Videos and pictures of condition have been taken and documented and sent to property manager to address with Real Floors. "

" Unit was left messy, specs of carpet in kitchen, bathroom and even on carpet. No vacuuming or raking was done on the carpet, does not look presentable at all. Empty water bottle was left in the bathroom sink by technician. Technician also left the living room, kitchen and bathroom lights on and did not do us the courtesy of turning off the lights before leaving the unit. Our Housekeeper completed cleaning on 7/20/2026 and make ready was completed by our technician on 7/7/2026 after hours. This unit was walked way before any third parties have entered and the condition it was left by Eydin was not how it looked when we last walked it. This unit is due to move in 7/31/2026 and is not presentable for our new tenant at all. " Contractor did report to office upon arrival & completing service. However contractor performance was sub standard. Issues were informed to Real Floor team but to sum it up: taking up residents designated parking spaces all day. Leaving materials sticking out into driving area through the day. Contractor's attitude was negative, wanting to provide recommendations when the cove was not attached properly. Did services that were not authorized and these services had charges that even disputed were not removed. "
