What went wrong? Clean-up, Cleanliness" Installer scratch the freshly painted baseboards; there were instructions giving to not to put the toilet in the tub because it was freshly resurfaced. Installer place the toilet in the tub and scratch the tub. They then installed the toilet back incorrectly. "

" Took them over 12 hrs in order to install a carpet on a 1x1 unit, and did not prioritize the job; they did another apartment that was not the one requested (unit 80). Terrible service and experience. "
