" He dropped off the keys to the unit and stated that he had completed the vinyl flooring work. However, after the office had closed for the day, we walked by the unit and noticed he was still inside and had not finished the work as he had claimed. It is important that we know which vendors are in units at all times so we can properly track access and ensure work is completed as reported. "

What went wrong? Timing

" Eder left all the lights on in this vacant unit as well as the a/c. Our maintenance team member reported this early a.m to inform us. We ask when work is completed in these unit if they can turn all lights off and a/c so it doesn't cost our team money for our vacant bills. "
