We sincerely apologize for the confusion on this job Patrick. A bid was created for this furnished unit for tack strip take up to dining room vinyl take up to kitchen dining room and bathroom, plus a toilet R&R and self leveler 1/4 inch in all areas minus the bedroom and closet. This work was outside of budget and was not completed.
