I found it odd that Efrain asked the resident to ask the leasing office if we had a tack strip to provide. I did let the resident know that our maintenance team/leasing office doesn't provide flooring supplies to the installers and he would need to obtain one on his own. We do not carry tack strips in the shop.

Hi Scott, we followed up with Victor. He was surprised by the low star rating but did mention that during the install the toilet flange was loose and needed to be replaced. He stated that some flanges sit higher than others at this property. He made customer care and the property aware. Please let us know if there was another issue with this job that we need to address.
