We agree with you completely as installers should not be throwing anything from balconies, instead they are instructed to always carry all materials to be discarded back to their trucks. Our installation team talked with Manuel immediately after receiving your review. He indicated that he caught his helper throwing these materials. He was advised that he is responsible for his helpers. Manuel understood and will not let this happen again. Thank you again for pointing out this safety issue.
