Thank you for this valued feedback Everett, we sincerely apologize for letting you down on this job. Our installation manager was present during the install and mentioned all baseboards & carpet looked professionally installed. We understand you expected the baseboards to be painted by us, however baseboards are installed as they are received to our warehouse in a flat base paint and are painted after install. Paint was left in the unit and Juan painted the baseboards as requested.

Thank you for your feedback Jose! Since a leak was discovered in the hallway, leaving the floor very moist, we were unable to complete the job in our normal time frame as the floor needed to dry with fans. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
