What went wrong? Workmanship

Hi Anthony and thank you for rating Adrian! Natasha let us know that you said it was a good install overall but there were tackstrip nails left visible in the door transitions. If you had not have noticed these and addressed the issue yourself, these were a safety issue that would have caused the new resident to create a work order. We talked to Adrian about this issue and will continue reminding all installers to always hammer down tackstrip nails.
