" Didn't follow installation notes!! No Z-bar installed at front door entry, tack strip nails sticking up through carpet, this becomes a safety and liability issue for the property. Over all poor service when technicians can't follow notes printed on orders forms. The property shouldn't have to check to make sure they are receiving what they are paying for. Being billed for items that weren't installed is bad business. "

Lorenzo is one of our top performers and has been with Carpeturn.com for several years. He returned this morning to add Zbar and to make sure all tackstrip nails were properly hammered down.
