The only issue with this full install was the bent metal silver pin at the vinyl transition. We had to call Carpeturn back out and request it be replaced.
Hi Rachelle, Jorge felt the metal was in good shape and reused the existing metal. We returned and replaced it with new metal per your assessment. Thank you for letting us know the metal did not pass your inspection, and please accept our apology for disrupting your turn schedule.
