Again the carpet isn't tucked under the Zbar at the front door in apartment 1064. Carpeturn installers do know the proper way to install carpet into a Zbar? The property is having a Zbar added to this area to eliminate carpet fraying at high traffic area. This has been a common occurrence and needs to be resolved ASAP. Move in date on this apartment 7/27.

Thank you very much for your important feedback Bud! Jose was instructed on the technique to use for the carpet to tile transition during load on Friday morning. He sent in pictures of the transition where he added new Zbar and latex to prevent issues in this high traffic area. The photos you shared show that the carpet did come up again after his work. He returned this morning and repaired it before your move-in. Thank you again for sharing this detail with us so that we could correct the issue before your new resident is in the unit, and we sincerely apologize for negatively impacting your turn.
