" I have used Carpeturn for years. I have devoted all my business, referred business, let other companies go. This was the first time I have been unsatisfied with them. The installer dropped off our product on Friday. When he did I walked him to the space and was explaining where the fitness equipment could be moved as we had set up for the installers to take care of this for us. He was completely rude when I mentioned this. I was so uncomfortable that I immediately called Ally. As always she was great and confirmed they would move equipment as planned. We were so grateful due to my staff being behind and short staffed. On Tuesday installer shows up and tells us he was not able to move equipment alone. My staff had to stop their work and help. We agreed to pay for this service and I explained to this very rude installer what we needed the week prior. My maintenance supervisor had asked him to get a hold of him as we were going to change where the equipment was located when work was complete. Well guess what? He did not. I'm assuming he was mad about that too??? I am in the business of customer service. And leasing staff maintenance staff...ALL staff is to be professional with all clients at all times. Ally has. Called and visited apologizing for all of this and we have not heard one apology from this rude installer. One rude person can lose someone's business. If it wasn't for Ally and Stef you would have lost mine and I would spread the word to all my Greystar family. This guy didn't even say thank you after my team helped. Very disappointed and hoping I never gave to deal with this installer again. "
